Legal and Financial Implications of the 1st 100 Days

The Accountants and Attorneys committee welcome you to join them on June 10^th at 22 Sussex to engage in a discussion regarding the Tax and Estate law changes that the Biden administration has recently proposed.  During this conversation we will review the president’s proposal and timeline and discuss how these changes will affect individual tax and estate planning as well as the planning for the small to mid-sized business community.  Lastly, we will provide an overview of the investment implications that may come with any proposed capital gains tax changes.
